<p><strong>Energizer Juice </strong></p>
<p>Juice of 2 lemons</p>
<p>A few stems of fresh Kale, depending on your taste</p>
<p>1 Banana</p>
<p>1 cup of frozen Raspberries</p>
<p>½ Avocado, you may like to use a whole one, depending on your digestion</p>
<p>1 ½ cups of water</p>
<p>Blend in blender in Order of:</p>
<p>Remove the heavy stalks from the Kale,</p>
<p>Lemon juice and Kale – Blend first</p>
<p>Add berries, banana, and avocado, and water, blend again</p>
<p>This should look like chocolate, the texture of a thick shake. You can make it thinner with more water. (don’t let this put you off the taste)</p>
<p>You may like to add ground up almonds, linseed, sunflower seeds to get all your omegas as well.</p>
<p>This is a real pick me up and will keep you going all morning until lunch.</p>
<p><strong>Place it in your coffee flask instead of coffee while traveling to work. </strong></p>
