Spring into Spring

Energizer Juice

Juice of 2 lemons

A few stems of fresh Kale, depending on your taste

1 Banana

1 cup of frozen Raspberries

½ Avocado, you may like to use a whole one, depending on your digestion

1 ½ cups of water

Blend in blender in Order of:

Remove the heavy stalks from the Kale,

Lemon juice and Kale – Blend first

Add berries, banana, and avocado, and water, blend again

This should look like chocolate, the texture of a thick shake. You can make it thinner with more water. (don’t let this put you off the taste)

You may like to add ground up almonds, linseed, sunflower seeds to get all your omegas as well.

This is a real pick me up and will keep you going all morning until lunch.

Place it in your coffee flask instead of coffee while traveling to work.
